Therapy FAQs

  • Therapy Session (45-50 minutes): $125

    Therapy Intake (50-60 minutes): $150

I do not accept insurance, but am happy to provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Student Discount: I get it— college life can be stressful (& expensive!), so I offer 10% off standard individual therapy sessions for undergrad and grad students with a valid ID for up to one year. It’s an easy way to make therapy a little more accessible while you focus on school, work, and everything in between.

*Applies to standard individual therapy sessions only— not intakes or group sessions.

  • As a relational therapist, I believe the connection we build in session is just as important as the tools we use. Together, we explore how you relate to yourself and others, and we practice new ways of showing up with clarity and confidence.

I take a whole-person, holistic, & integrative approach to therapy— one that considers how your mind, body, relationships, and environment all shape the way you feel. I pull from DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal therapy, but it’s never one-size-fits-all.

  • Therapy is a space that’s completely yours— a place to slow down, be honest, and make sense of what’s been feeling heavy or unclear. We’ll move at your own pace and focus on what feels most important to you, whether that’s finding calm in your day-to-day life, working through a specific challenge, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that have been buried under stress or responsibility.

Sessions are a mix of conversation, reflection, and practical tools you can use outside of therapy. My role is to guide, support, and challenge you in ways that help you feel more grounded, clear, and capable in your life.
