Why I Created This Space

I noticed women weren’t receiving the mental health care they needed — they’d been dismissed, overlooked, or passed from one provider to the next without being truly seen. I saw a real need: a place women could turn when their emotions felt too big, their experiences minimized, or the world told them they were “too much.” I created Clarity Mental Health Collective to fill that gap: a space built around you, where your emotions are honored, your experiences validated, and your overwhelm met with support.

This isn’t just a job for me — it’s a space I’ve carefully built and put everything into. Every detail, every approach, every choice was designed with one goal in mind: to make sure women and teen girls feel safe, seen, and supported from the very beginning.

I needed this space myself: somewhere I could show up fully, with all my emotions and intensity, and know that it would be met with understanding — not judgment or fear. A place where I could finally breathe, knowing someone was alongside me, helping me navigate the big, messy, overwhelming parts — showing me that I wasn’t too much, it wasn’t too scary, and we could figure it out together. That’s exactly the space I wanted to create for others.

Too often, women have been told they’re “too much,” or they’ve bounced between treatments and still felt unseen. That gap in care is real — and it’s what drives everything I do. Here, you don’t have to shrink, apologize, or manage it all on your own. You can bring the intensity, the fear, the confusion — even the moments that feel too heavy to bear — and I will meet you where you are, guide you, and help you feel grounded, understood, and capable.

This is a space for women who are navigating the bigger stuff, the high-acuity moments, and the emotional storms that other places shy away from. You are not too much. You’ve finally found it. You don’t have to do it alone anymore — I’ve got you, and we’ll figure this out together.

My Approach

I believe therapy should feel human — not clinical, cold, or disconnected from real life. My style is collaborative and honest, structured yet flexible, and emotionally attuned while still action-oriented. I show up as myself in session — genuine, relatable, and down-to-earth — so you can be yourself, too.

At the core of my work is the belief that therapy is deeply relational. The connection we build matters: feeling understood, comfortable, and able to be real in session is what allows the work to go deeper and create meaningful change.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. Most of the women and teen girls I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, emotionally all over the place, or unsure why things feel so hard right now. My goal isn’t just insight — it’s helping you feel more steady, clear, and in control in your day-to-day life.

I integrate evidence-based approaches with a real-world lens, especially when it comes to how hormones, stress, relationships, and identity intersect. My work is informed by:

  • DBT-informed skills for emotional regulation and stability

  • Motivational interviewing to support meaningful change

  • Psychoeducation to help you understand your emotions, patterns, and cycles

  • A specialized focus on reproductive and hormonal mental health

I focus on supporting women and adolescents navigating:

I take a practical, down-to-earth approach to therapy. That means we don’t just talk — we figure out what’s actually happening, build tools that make sense for your life, and take real steps toward feeling more steady, clear, and in control.
